No matter what brings you to McCall, the trip is not complete without a visit to the Pancake and Christmas House. It is truly a one-of-a-kind dining and specialty shopping experience. The Pancake House offers mammoth-sized breakfast and lunches in a gorgeous rustic mountain lodge. There is something for everyone at the Pancake House. Every taste bud was considered when assembling the huge menu and only the freshest ingredients are used. An impressive collection of food-related antiques that have been acquired over a 30-year period of time are prominently displayed above each booth and on huge display ledges that wrap around the dining room. We can easily accommodate large parties (advanced notice recommended) in our massive dining room as well as small groups in quaint private booths. |

Nutritional News from our Kitchen!For the past several months we have worked to convert all of our recipes to the healthiest level possible. All of our preserves are now canned on-site utilizing Idaho berries and fruit. Best of all, no preservatives or artificial additives are used. We currently use only olive oil in all of our cooking and baking. Real Butter is used exclusively – no margarine or hydrogenated oils are found anywhere on site! Hundreds of pounds of potatoes are steamed each week for our hashbrowns. No preservatives are used in our baked goods. In addition to our hearty, made from scratch soups, we offer a vegan soup daily. We offer gluten-free pancakes as well! Our coconut syrup is homemade now and we will be making our maple syrup on-site soon! |
